A: Greatimes is located on the southeast side of Indianapolis near the Beech Grove area.
Q: Are you the only Greatimes?
A: Yes, we only have one location.
Q: Do you have an admission price?
A: No, it does not cost to enter our facility; you only pay for what you actually want to do.
Q: What are Play Points?
A: Play Points are loaded onto one of our Play Cards and are redeemable for ALL arcade games and attractions.
Q: Can we bring our own food or drinks into your facility?
A: No, the only items you are allowed to bring in are cake and ice cream.
Q: What is the age requirement to drive a go-kart?
A: There is not an age requirement for the Road Course Go-Karts, you just have to be 56 inches tall to drive a single go-kart. To drive a Slick Track Go-Kart, you must be 60 inches tall or have a valid drivers license. The Kiddie Karts
are for ages 4 to 8 and under 56 inches tall to drive. Driver must also be able to safely drive around the track without recklessly bumping into the railing.
Q: What is the height/weight requirements for the bumper boats?
A: You must be at least 44 inches tall to drive a bumper boat and 36 inches tall to ride in a bumper boat. The maximum weight limit allowed in each bumper boat is 275 lbs.
Q: How tall is 56 inches, 44 inches, and 36 inches?
A: 56 inches is equivalent to 4'8", 44 inches is equivalent to 3'8", and 36 inches is equivalent to 3'.
Q: Do you have to pay for both people who ride in a 2-seat go-kart or a bumper boat?
A: No, it is only 600 Play Points or one wristband per go-kart or bumper boat. However, the driver of a double go-kart must be 16 years of age or older.
Q: Are any of your attractions located outdoors?
A: Yes, all three of our go-kart tracks, our bumper boats, and both 18 hole miniature golf courses are located outdoors.
Q: If I purchase a wristband special at 2:30 pm does it go until 5:30 pm?
A: Yes; our wristband specials, when our go-karts are open and available for purchase, are a three-hour wristband. It is valid for 3 hours from the time of purchase. (Wristband specials not available during the winter time).
Q: When do your go-karts close for the season?
A: Our go-karts will stay open until the weather gets too cold. The go-karts usually close when the weather reaches about 38 degrees F or below.
Birthday Party FAQ's
Q: What is the minimum number of children needed to book a birthday party?
A: The minimum number of children needed to schedule a birthday party is 8.
Q: Is there anything I need to bring?
A: We provide almost everything that you might need for your party. If you have something special in mind, you may call to see if we have it available or if you can bring it.
Q: What if I tell you I will have 10 kids but only 9 show up?
A: That is perfectly fine; you don't pay your bill until the end of your party which allows your host/hostess to adjust for any changes such as the number of children.
Q: Is cake included in my Party Package? Can I bring my own cake?
A: Cake is not included in your Party Package. You are allowed to bring in your own cake, cupcakes, or ice cream. A 9" round cake is available for purchase for only $10 if you would like to add a cake to your party.
Q: Do the children only get one slice of pizza?
A: Typically each child will get more than one slice of pizza; the amount of pizza you receive with your party is based on the number of children in your party. For example: If you have 8 children in your party, you will receive 2 12"
pizzas.
Q: Can we get extra pizza and how much is it?
A: You can buy extra pizza. All of our pizzas are Buy One Get One Free! Two large, one topping pizzas are $25.76 plus tax.
Q: How many slices are in each pizza?
A: Each pizza has ten slices, regardless of what size it is. (You may request "Party Cut" if you would prefer smaller, square pieces.)
